Nikki Engelhardt, Loan Processor, is involved in every mortgage loan and at every step of the way to ensure smooth closings for our clients. Nikki is in charge of making sure that the requested work on the file is received accurately and completely, as well as working with the underwriting and funding departments and the various third parties involved in the transaction. She also helps coordinate closing with the clients and the escrow company.
