Mortgage lending with integrity
The industry today is confusing with a myriad of guidelines that are constantly changing. I assist and counsel clients to maneuver through the complexities to find the very best mortgage solution available. A mortgage is typically the single most significant financial commitment most people will have in their lifetimes. Therefore, it’s crucial to have a planner who will be both transparent and honest and advocate for their clients needs. The correct approach will not only reduce the stress inherent in a mortgage transaction, it will save real dollars.
Philip is passionate about his clients!
Since entering the mortgage industry in 1993, Philip has helped hundreds of clients achieve the goal of home ownership. From first time homebuyers just starting out to savvy investors building their home, Philip does his utmost to ascertain his clients needs and then strives to fulfill them. This passion has resulted in Philip being a top performer for most of the last decade.
Philip has an technical expertise that is unsurpassed in the industry. Having come from an accounting and auditing background, Philip uses those skills to be able to dig through the lending guidelines whether it’s FNMA, FHLMC, FHA or VA and then uses them to find the best possible solution for his clients. And, in an industry that’s taking a strict approach, Philip is not afraid to try and push the guidelines to seek success where others will not attempt.

“It is my honor to recommend Philip Sheridan to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home (or if you are a Realtor wanting to find an experienced lender/mortgage person with honesty and integrity). I met Philip several years ago when I worked for a large Title Company in Clark County, Washington. At the time, he was literally the #1 lender/mortgage person in Clark County. He was always one of the top (usually the #1) person I recommended to my customers. I am now a licensed Realtor and Philip is still my #1 choice. Please pick up your phone and call Philip Sheridan. If you do, there is a strong chance he will save you or your customers a lot of money, and he will have you smiling all the way to closing and beyond! Every day is a new day and the past is something to learn from, not to live in. Fear is a very real feeling from day to day, but as I’ve learned, fear is usually False Evidence Appearing Real and as I sit down with my clients or in everyday life for that matter, I try to assist them in what’s real and what’s fear based and by helping those I work with remain calm amidst the storm, I find that there is a lot of fun to be had in this journey called life. And isn’t having fun in life really the goal?
